Technical Assessment
Before production starts, our team of engineers, with over 20 years of experience, conducts a comprehensive technical assessment of your part design. We use advanced CAE simulation to virtually validate the product’s structure, stress, and performance. We also eliminate potential manufacturing risks through our in-house designed molds, ensuring the viability of the solution from the very beginning.

In-process Quality Control
Our production process strictly follows the requirements of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system. We use the Xinhe Cloud MES System for real-time digital monitoring of the entire production flow, ensuring every step is clear, controllable, and traceable.

Comprehensive Inspection & Report
We provide a complete dimensional inspection report for all orders. If required, we can also commission our strategic partners—CATARC (a CNAS globally recognized lab) or the Mechanics Experiment Center of Nanchang Hangkong University (National Level)—to issue an authoritative third-party inspection report of the highest credibility for you.

Material Validation
We only select raw material suppliers with an outstanding industry reputation, such as ARLANXEO and JSR in the rubber sector. Every batch of raw materials must pass a strict inspection in our in-house laboratory before being put into storage. We use professional equipment like rheometers and electronic tensile testers to ensure all materials fully comply with our high standards.

We have established inspection standards that go beyond conventional random sampling. For example, we use specialized online monitoring equipment to conduct 100% online testing of the bonding performance for all our products. This completely eliminates the risk of product failure due to bonding issues right on the production line.

Precision Machining of the Metal Frame
High-Precision Cutting:
We use automated cutting equipment to ensure stable and consistent dimensional tolerances in the raw material, laying the foundation for all subsequent precision machining.
Precision Chamfering:
Precise chamfering is performed with automated equipment to eliminate sharp edges and burrs. This prevents any potential risk of damaging the rubber component during assembly or use.
CNC Forming and Machining:
We utilize CNC turning and high-tonnage stamping technologies to guarantee that the geometric dimensions of the metal frame are in strict accordance with the design blueprints.

Shot Blasting:
This process not only removes surface oxides but also creates an optimized surface roughness, providing an excellent physical foundation for a strong and lasting rubber-to-metal bond.
Phosphating Treatment:
This treatment generates a dense, uniform phosphate film, which significantly enhances the metal frame's corrosion resistance and chemically improves the adhesion of the bonding agent.
Automated Adhesive Coating:
In a strictly controlled environment of constant temperature and humidity, we use automated equipment to evenly spray high-quality bonding agents. This eliminates the risk of bond failure right from the source.

Based on the customer's performance requirements, our team of engineers with over 20 years of experience designs unique rubber formulas. We partner with professional rubber compounding factories to ensure the stability and reliability of the material's performance.
Precision Vulcanization:
We use 400T/300T/200T automated injection, transfer, and compression vulcanizing machines. Under precisely controlled temperature, pressure, and time, the rubber and metal frame are perfectly bonded and vulcanized into their final shape.

Post-Processing and Finishing
Trimming:
Removing flash to ensure the product's appearance and assembly precision.
Shrinking:
Applying a shrinking process to bushings to increase fatigue life by approximately 50%.
Assembly:
For some products, metal and/or rubber components are assembled to ensure dimensional and fitment performance requirements are met.
Oiling / Rust-Proofing:
Applying a coating to improve surface corrosion resistance, meeting the demands of transport and in-use environments.
Performance Testing:
Conducting piece-by-piece or sample-based inspection of critical dimensions, bonding performance, and fatigue performance to ensure compliance with design standards.
