PARTS INSPECTION STANDARD (Part I/S) provides clear communication and agreement tools between the buyer and supplier quality department and supplier’s quality inspection; Standardizes the inspection process, so that the inspection can be based on evidence, to ensure that all leaf spring bushing are in place before warehousing, they are all inspected and qualified products, which meet the standards and use requirements.

The quality department is responsible for all inspection-related processes. If defective products are found, they should not be accepted, and record relevant data then feedback to the production department and purchasing department, count and analyze the reasons for the defects, follow up and improve them. The content relates to which features the purchaser considers to be "critical" or features that are of high importance/risk and how the supplier should check these features during the operation and production phases. The rubber bushing measurement method, number of bushing samples, and measurement frequency are provided by the supplier. The inspection items are based on the size and technical requirements in the PIS, and the tolerance requirements are controlled according to the bushing drawings or GB standards.
